Return & Refund Policy

At Dreadlocks Palace, we take pride in the quality of our handmade haircare and beauty products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used haircare or beauty products.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at dreadlockspalace@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
