  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number (if available).






Delivery Time



Estimated delivery time depends on your location:


  • Lagos: 1–2 business days
  • Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 5–14 business days



Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.





Shipping Rates



  • Lagos deliveries: Flat rate (based on area) displayed at checkout.
  • Nationwide shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout.
  • International shipping: Rates vary depending on destination and carrier.



You will see the total shipping cost before completing your order.





Order Tracking



Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.

You can use this information to monitor your delivery progress online.





Delivery Attempts



If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you’ll need to pay for re-shipping.
